About this listen

We close out the Origin Story series by exploring the role that privilege plays in accessing mindfulness and Self-care practices, especially for people living in the intersections of facets like race, sexual preference, gender Self-identification, and economic status. We know that there are so many facets that make us each unique and that impact our healing and Self-care practices. There is no hierarchy, timeline, speed in the healing process. All of us can approach this Self-work in any way that works for each of us. This is truly a life-long journey, and our ancestral heritage and epigenetics can serve as our map and compass along the way as we connect with all facets of the Self and dismantle the facade of colonialism.
