مُکاشفہ ۸ باب اُن آفتوں کو قلمبند کر تا ہے جو خُدا اِس زمین پر نازل کرے گا۔ یہاں تشویشناک سوالات میں سے ایک سوال یہ ہے آیا مقدسین اُن کے درمیان جو اِن آفتوں کے ماتحت دُکھ اُٹھائیں گے شامل ہوں گے یا نہیں۔ کلامِ مقدس ہمیں بتاتا ہے کہ مقدسین ،بھی،سات نرسنگوں کی آفات میں سے گزریں گے ۔ سات آفتوں میں سے ، وہ سب میں سے بلکہ آخری میں سے بھی گزریں گے۔سات نرسنگوں کی یہ آفتیں جو اِس باب میں ظاہر ہوتی ہیں حقیقی آفتیں ہیں جو خُدا اِس زمین پر نازل کرے گا۔خُدا ہمیں بتاتا ہے کہ وہ دُنیا کو اِن آفتوں کے ساتھ سزا دے گاجو فرشتوں کے سات نرسنگوں کے پھونکنے کے ساتھ شروع ہوں گی۔
