  • EP 54 - Learning to be good at socialising ( Friday thoughts)
    Nov 21 2025

This week I chat about how I find socialising, and how sometimes it’s easy and other times very tough. I talk about what I do to give myself the best chance of presenting myself well, as well as the things I tend to notice when chatting to people.

I hope you’re able to take something from it.

    Martin :)

  • EP 53 - Friday thoughts ( The last 2 months )
    Nov 15 2025

The last two months have been very challenging. I share some experiences about what I’ve learned when a loved one becomes sick and how I’ve been managing everything.

I also came across a suicide note that was written back in 2018. I chose to read it and give my thoughts on it, and how far I’ve come, so just giving you a heads-up about that.

    Love you lots.Martin :)

  • EP 52- Don't lose the fun in your life
    Nov 9 2025

    Yoooooooo

This week, I’m talking about how important it is to keep having fun in life.
As kids, fun comes naturally, but somewhere along the way, many of us lose touch with it. I share a few cool stories about recently rediscovering my creativity and how amazing it feels to be releasing music into the world again.

Hope you enjoy it! :) The ocean flight 11111111111
