1970年創業以来、浜松市で長く愛される地域密着型の総合スポーツ施設・浜松スポーツセンター。多彩なスポーツ活動を通じて、地域のみなさんの健康な心身の育成のお手伝いをされてきました。
今回お話を伺う寺田さんは、水泳指導の現場に立ちながら、センターの支配人としても日々スタッフと向き合う存在。若手スタッフが自然と手を挙げて動き出し、楽しみながら取り組む姿が、利用者の方にもその楽しさを広げ、さらに良い循環が生みだす―。そのような空気を育む「土壌」が、どこから生まれているのか。その背景の一端をお伺いしました。
