<チャラの生姜焼きレシピ>
豚肉(ロース):200g、
生姜:1片、
酒:大さじ1、
砂糖:小さじ2、
醤油:大さじ2、
サラダ油:小さじ2、
※玉ねぎを追加するなら1/4個〜1/2個。
<添え物>
キャベツ:2枚、
ごま油:小さじ1、
塩:少々
<作り方>
①キャベツは細切りにし、沸騰下湯で1分茹で、ざるにあけ水気を切る。ボウルに入れてごま油、塩を加えて和え、器に盛る。
②生姜をすりおろし、砂糖、醤油と合わせてタレを作る。
③豚肉に酒を振り、両面になじませる。
④フライパンにサラダ油を入れて熱し、豚肉を入れる。片面に焼き色がついたら裏返し、②タレを加え、水気が飛ぶまで焼いて器に盛る。
