新年といえば初釜ですね。
普段お弟子さんの前ではほとんどお茶を点てることのない先生も
この時期だけはお弟子さんたちに、懐石料理を振る舞い、お茶を点ててもてなしています。
この準備をするだけでも忙しいのに、なんと懐石料理は先生自ら作っているんです。
和食のお料理屋さんから取った方が楽なのに、なぜそんな手間をかけているのでしょう？
今日も一緒に、日本人の心について学んでいきましょう。
