整えるって言葉よく聞くけどはき違えないようにすること。
一人一人特性の色合いや大きさや強さはそれぞれ。
その本質の素材それぞれが本来の色合いや大きさや強さであるかを見れるかどうかが”整っているか”になる。ただの整理整頓や枠の中に収めるのとは違う。
自分をそのまんま見る力を育てよう。
