If Christmas stories arent your cup of tea, this narrative might not be for you! And if youre not a dog lover, well, Im not quite sure what to say! I must be clear I am wholeheartedly pro-dog and pro-Christmas. In this enchanting tale, I aim to evoke the scent of fir-balsam from the imaginary forest of my typewriter, alongside the sparkle of tinsel, the flicker of toy candles, and the rustle of wrapping paper—all crafted from my uniquely inspired mind! Expect large, playful dogs to frolic through every page, as the mercury hovers near zero, and the earth remains a crusty brown until the very last moment, when hope begins to glimmer. At the heart of this story lies youthful exuberance! Of course, for the sake of propriety and historical authenticity, there are parents and a few older characters, but they will gracefully exit the scene as soon as I can manage. To keep things cozy and conventional, Ill begin this tale at that most classic of Christmas moments—the Twilight of Christmas Eve.
