I am so grateful that our mutual friend connected us when she did, thanks Ash!
The tools that I was given on our journey meditation has helped me so much in my healing journey and on paths I have been called to walk in my life.
I use this meditation many times during the month and love how it centers me back to me.
It helps me not to get held up by those that thrive on judgement and harm without taking the time to really see me.
Sometimes life calls you on a path that you did not think would be part of your journey, and I am grateful to have the healing tools I learned, guided by you, from inside me.
