  • Was mich nach der Lektüre einiger Frauenbücher so umtreibt, ist, dass wir Frauen alles mittragen: Wie wir behandelt werden, wie wir andere Frauen und sogar uns selbst heruntermachen. Ich spreche tagtäglich mit vielen Frauen, das bringt der Job als Yogalehrerin so mit sich. Und dabei ist mir aufgefallen, wie sie sich selbst runterziehen und klein machen. Das ist so verinnerlicht, das wir nichts wert oder nicht wert genug sind, nicht liebenswert oder es nicht verdient haben – was auch immer. Woher kommt das?
