I give ideas on tech for keeping your home with running water, warm or cool air and ventilation, and comfortable with efficiency in the home’s features and design. I introduce the possibility of building your home to be specially efficient and off the grid, using rain collection, solar energy, and efficieny appliances. I introduce the advantages and the building of domes, wooden and of cinder block. And, I speak about my latest off grid home design, the efficient home project, which feature a triangular extrusion home built with off grid features.
