Governess Julia Septién (Marga Lopéz) is hired to watch over Silvia (Lucy Buj), a young girl with a friend named Hugo. However, Julia will come to learn that Hugo is actually a stone statue standing on the family home’s grounds. Silvia’s father, Eugenio (Joaquín Cordero), and stepmother, Mariana (Norma Lazareno), don’t know what to do about Silvia’s obsession with Hugo which seems to plague them.
