About this listen

Today, I'll answer a question I get asked a lot: what is it like to scale a business while being a full-time mom? The day I found out I was pregnant, I realised my working routine wouldn't allow me to be a present mother, and as going back to corporate wasn't an option, I knew I had to make some drastic changes. In this episode, I'll take you through the process of how I created space for business growth without taking a second from quality time with my little man.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

- One-on-one client sessions are not indispensable to grow and scale a business

- Sales calls are not the only way to sell

- The importance of hiring talent to free our time and multiply our online presence

- How to create time by batching content and planning strategies months ahead

- The multiple benefits of making time to take care of ourselves

- Why it is not a good idea to get back to work immediately after giving birth

- How to be compassionate with ourselves and remove the guilt from taking days off to take care of our little ones

Being a mom is a full-time job and it is a lot harder than running a business. So if you can raise a child, you can definitely run a successful business. You need to focus on being organised, build a team that you can rely on, and most importantly, create the time and invest in your self-care.
