 株式会社五力　代表取締役　渡邉祐一さんは、京都市で在宅介護を中心に、ヘルパー、ケアマネジャー、障がい者支援、介護タクシー、不動産など幅広い事業を展開されています。前職は飲食業ですが、地域や社員の声に応えながら事業を拡大してこられました。社名「五力」は、祖母の教えによる仏教の「五大力」に由来し、企業理念の軸となっています。渡邉さんは100年企業を目指し、地域貢献や「五力財団」の設立を通じて心豊かな社会の実現を目指しておられます。今後は介護関連の上流事業や海外展開にも挑戦し、理想を持つ人材と共に成長する組織づくりを進めていかれています。 https://herupa-goriki.com/
