Nope, Affirmationen funktionieren für mich auch nicht. Frustriert bin ich auf die Suche nach einer Lösung gegangen und habe festgestellt, dass Affirmationen völlig falsch eingesetzt werden. Anstatt MIT dem Gehirn zu arbeiten, arbeiten sie dagegen. Da brauchst du sie auch gar nicht zu nutzen.
Heute gebe ich dir eine Lösung an die Hand, wie du Affirmationen so einsetzt, dass sie von deinem Gehirn verstanden werden und umgesetzt werden! 🧠💥
