 「目標は立てない生きていればよし」(小なつ) 明けましておめでとうございます。 新年にあたり、まっさらな手帳に誓いを立てるのが、これまでの私でした。 が、昨年末に体調を崩したことから、思うところが変化してきました。 自分に対するハードルを下げよう、と。 元旦の計を立てられないまま過ごしているときに出会った、この一句。 これでいこ！そう思いました。 そうしたら東村さんも、これでいこ！って。 小なつさん、二人して乗っからせてもらいますねー。 そんなわけで、今年はこんな気持ちでゆるりとスタートいたします。 今年もどうぞよろしくおつきあいくださいませ。（水野晶子）
