今週、坂の上に訪ねてきてくださったのは、「郡中だし文化を楽しむ会」、略して「だし楽（らく）」実行委員長の小出貴司さん。伊予市郡中エリアは、日本を代表する削り節メーカーが並ぶ「花かつお生産日本一のまち」なんです。ユネスコ無形文化遺産にも登録されている「和食；日本人の伝統的な食文化」に欠かせないのが「だし」。「だし楽」では、だしの歴史や製法、栄養やレシピなどを学び広める活動を続けていて、中には「利き酒」ならぬ「利きだし」イベントも！番組の中では佐伯アナウンサーも「利きだし」に挑戦しています。今回は「だし文化」をテーマに、「花かつおの生みの親」「おいしく健康に」「利きだし体験」というキーワードでトークを繰り広げました。
