自然豊かな七飯町で、令和3年春、実に84年ぶりに誕生した酒蔵「箱館醸蔵」。JR大中山駅近くに蔵を構え、もともとは125年続く「冨原商店」を営んできた冨原節子さんが、「この土地を訪れる人に、地元の美味しいものと一緒に楽しめる地酒を届けたい」という想いから立ち上げました。地元農家が育てた一等米と、横津岳の伏流水を使い、丹精込めて仕込まれる地酒「郷宝（ごっほう）」。今回は、冨原さんに蔵づくりへの想いや、美味しさの秘密に迫ります。
