北海道・七飯町の市街地で、長年“町のパン屋さん”として親しまれてきたこなひき小屋。創業から今年（2025年）で39年、ドイツパンを軸にしながら、角食やデニッシュなど日常に寄り添うパンが並び、今も多くの人に愛され続けています。現在は息子さんが店を受け継ぎ、変わらない味と空気感を守りながら営業。一方、創業者であるお父さんは、実家近くの仁山に山小屋風のカフェ併設のお店「ヒュッテ」を新たにオープンし、パンづくりの時間を楽しんでいます。今回は、焼きたてのパンの香りに包まれながら、店主・木村さんにお話を伺いました。七飯の暮らしとともに歩んできた、こなひき小屋の今とこれからをお届けします。
