 おはサト～！林学博士　西野文貴さんプロデュースの里山づくり「里山ZERO BASE」と連動してお送りしているAudee版『Sato Note』今回は千葉県君津市の「きみつのさんぽ道」にやってきました～ 今回のワクワクキーワードは⁉ 「うめぇ　梅ジュースをつくろう!!!」というわけで、梅の樹から梅の実を採取して、梅シロップ作りに挑戦！意外と簡単でした！１，梅の実についているヘタを竹串で取る２，梅の実をしっかり洗い、水分をしっかりふき取る３，実に竹串でポツポツと穴をあけても、あけなくても可４，よ～く洗った瓶に、氷砂糖と梅の実をミルフィーユ状に入れて５，心を込めて「美味しくな～れ！」と念じる６，蓋をして３週間ほどすれば完成～！！「青い梅の実は食べるものじゃないです！」byドクトルさぁ皆さんもこの季節の梅仕事、楽しんでくださいね！
