今年最初に坂の上に訪ねてきてくださったのは、株式会社小泉製菓代表取締役の小泉紗奈さん。松山の方には「こいずみの大判焼き」でおなじみの老舗菓子店で、4代目となる紗奈さんは、伝統を守りながら若い感性を活かした新たな挑戦にも取り組んでいます。ところで、大判焼き、回転焼き、今川焼き…など様々な呼び名で親しまれているアノお菓子。「大判焼き」という呼び名のルーツは愛媛にあることをご存じですか！？今回は「なぜ大判焼きと呼ぶのか？」「あんこは甘くなかった？」「あんこの可能性」をキーワードに、「あんこ文化」について語っていただきました。
