این روزا اکثر آدمها فکر میکنن که اهمال کارن! اما شاید دلایلی دیگه ای وجود داره که اون کاری که لازمه رو انجام نمیدیم...
ذهن ما غالبا اون کاری که راحت تره رو انجام میده. اون هم اینه که اگر نتیجه ای رو در بخشی از زندگیمون خلق نکردیم، به جای شک به مسیری که طی کردیم، شروع به خود تخریبگری می‌کنیم و درگیر برچسب زدن به خودمون میشیم و اون برچسب رو تبدیل به باور و هویت خودمون می کنیم!
