寺田耕治氏ロングインタビュー
寺田耕治（てらだ・こうじ）氏は、1956年三重県生まれ。横浜市立大学商学部卒業後、1980年にAIU保険株式会社（現AIG損害保険）に入社。以後28年間、保険自由化の先駆者として業界を牽引し、日本における代表者社長として実績を残されました。
2009年、株式会社フォーバルに常務取締役として参画。コンサルティング事業や海外展開をゼロから立ち上げ、現場主導の経営に尽力。2022年6月に取締役を退任後も、エグゼクティブアドバイザーとしてフォーバルの海外事業支援を現在も継続されています。
保険・IT・再エネと多岐にわたる分野で先見性を発揮してきた寺田氏は、「リスク管理」「経営戦略」「リーダーシップ」の実務に通じる、信頼厚き実践型の経営者です。AIUでの堅実な経営、フォーバルでの事業創出、そして今は社会的意義の高いプロジェクトを支える役割を担われています。
現在は以下の要職を務め、次世代のための社会構造づくりにも力を注いでいます。
