В Англии с разницей в полгода убиты три девочки-подростка. Обстоятельства их гибели идентичны. Три обескровленных тела найдены в ванной комнате гостиничного номера, вода из ванной аккуратно спущена, тела покрыты белыми лилиями. Вся лондонская полиция брошена на поиски "Лилиевого маньяка", но похоже без помощи Эраста Петровича им не обойтись…
