２０１９年１月から、相続の法制度が順次変わる。１８年７月に成立した民法の改正に伴うもので、相続分野に関する改正は１９８０年以来、約４０年ぶりのこと。相続はまさに転換点を迎えている。専門家は「高齢化社会に対応したものだ」と指摘する。
