Publisher's Summary

Whatever happens in life you are the one who has to experience it no one else. Your decisions come from your mind no where else. Even if you choose to follow someone else and it all goes wrong, it is still your decision that was enacted not theirs.

Modern day blame culture is rubbish and pathetic. How you experience pain, pleasure, unfairness, love, selfishness, etc, it is all processed in your mind as that is where you live no where else. This business of "they made me do it" no, unless at gun point this happened you made a choice.

Granted it's not always easy in life to say or do what you want to do, never the less getting used to taking control makes life a lot easier and puts you in pole position and better suited to steering your own course and not allowing a default situation do that.

You are the one who will only ever live your life, don't give your authority away to others unless you really want to be a moron. You temper, anger, jealousy, greed, hatred, love, happiness, warmth, comes from the same place - your mind.

If you want to laugh - fine, if you want to get mad - fine, but they are both choices including losing your temper. Make sure you understand who you are and don't ever let anyone drive you to distraction, if you do you will have given them the keys...

Your biggest problem will always be - you - if you allow it....
