It works! Sensible, supportive guidance to overcome insomnia
This audiobook has helped me understand my insomnia and sleep requirements, as well as my self sabotaging actions.
It's written with understanding and compassion, but packed with rock solid, scientifically backed advice, and delivered with gentle humour.
I have tried other CBTI Apps and books, and had success. But eventually it returned because I didn't understand why. This book with its in depth explanations, is far superior. Rather than simply spelling out a list of rules, it gives suggestions, guidance, and acknowledges you are human and you can and will have setbacks on your journey...and that's OK.
All along your journey it supports you, and refreshes and updates your knowledge. And knowledge is power when it comes to beating this beast.
