I miss the old Suzannah

The only dismissal I really have about the novel is the way the voice actress voices Suzannah. In the first one, the one read by the author, pictured Suzannah to be a gentle and soft-spoken girl. I really liked her portrayal of it so much it made Suzannah one of my favourite characters.

But in this one, the portrayal of Suzannah was completely different from the first book. Obviously trauma can change a person but damn, not that much!
