All of Dr Joe’s meditations are beneficial but this one is especially helpful in teaching us how to connect to the ‘field’ and feel at ease with the unknown. It’s a good length (45 mins) to stretch your ability to focus for longer and further as well as being uplifting. Positive in lots of ways!
