About this listen

This meditation was designed to help you connect and converse with your subconscious mind. It is meant to help align you with the realization that you are already enough. Through meditation, you can enter your secret garden, a space of unconditional acceptance. Before stepping into your garden, it helps to leave behind as much of the real world as you can.

Your active, conscious mind has grown used to being the lead voice over the years, and to hear and speak with your subconscious, we must learn to ask our active mind to quieten down. For that reason, we recommend doing this meditation early in the morning. Ideally, it should be the first thing you do as soon as you wake up.

When we fall asleep, our conscious mind becomes inactive, handing the baton to our subconscious mind. In the morning, while these two sides are still exchanging that baton once more, it is the perfect time to connect with your subconscious.

We don’t need much to start this meditation. You can enter your secret garden from the comfort of your own bed, even while you are still laying down. You can sit up, wrap yourself in some snug blankets, or sit on a mat in the sunlight. You can do this meditation wherever you feel most comfortable but preferably somewhere quiet.
