I had enjoyed this audible Immensely

You’ll need to know basic yoga poses to get the most out of this offering. Nice to have options for both morning and evening practices I recommend this book to every person who has thought about trying Yoga, practices Yoga, or teaches Yoga - no matter the style or type.

This is an elegantly composed book

The author has laid this book out nicely...explaining the pose and it’s benefits. I will plan on following the routine she recommends until I am more familiar with the poses and their benefits. If you have been practicing yoga for a while and look to have a total body stretch/work out within a short time.

This audible brought awesome achievements

This audiobook really helped me to take next step

My favorite thing about this book is that each pose is well describes and lists the benefits to the body. I was able to choose new Yoga poses for my shoulder and back that will be very healing for me. Very calming and slow enough for beginners like myself to understand without having to see the moves being done.

So insightful and gives you so much information

This is absolutely the best audio-book

A true and simple account of what can be attained if one needs to become completely happy without limits and boundaries.This book has been very helpful for introducing new postures into my teaching. I would highly recommend it.

This audio book is very inspiring and beneficial

Very auxiliary Life-changing book!

I fell more comfortable with this knowledge

These yoga programs exceeded my expectations. I was very surprised by the high level of yoga and knowledge provided by the author. I recommend this to someone who is serious about Yoga , there's a lot of outstanding material..
