OK but poorly put together

the background audio has a jarring silence where it loops and it is quite frequent. The breathing count isn't the same each which takes you out of the zone. pretty annoying. I also prefer guided meditations to not be so open ended. Im trying to think less, not more.

just awful

Horrible. The chapters don't match the content, the voice is grating and the whole thing is the exact opposite of relaxing
