I am new to audio books and I am really enjoying it, life has gotten really busy and my reading has suffered lately. I recently got into Yoga and saw Olivia Summers book and I new right away I needed to get it. I also have another book from her called Yoga a mans guide which is also another great book. This book gives you plenty of tips to get better at yoga but even better tips to help you lead a healthy lifestyle and get more out of the life you are living.
I highly suggest this book if your into Yoga and also leading a healthier lifestyle!
