Kayleigh Towne is a beautiful and successful singer-songwriter, and Edwin Sharp is her biggest fan. With a little help from forensic criminalist Lincolyn Rhyme, Dance must use her considerable skills at investigation and body language analysis in an attempt to find the killer before more people die.

Why must books be read in abridged versions

I have read this novel and it’s great but the version I listened to is missing half the story.
Why?
Read the damn book how it’s written.
Stop skipping half of it.
The narrator reads well but the back story is missing :(
Will not be buying anymore books like this
I want the whole story not what you think I want to hear!
