Are you tired of "how to publish books" that are full of fluff and no real information? I was, too. I determined to jump in and learn for myself - and that's exactly what I did. I started with my first book, How to Work from Home and Make Money, and then quickly published three more. I was looking for the topic of my fifth book when it hit me - why not share what I've learned with the people who still haven't made the leap and published their own book?

Sell books the smart way. Five years ago releasing a book as an indie author meant uploading it, then begging everyone you knew to buy it. That method simply doesn't work anymore. Fortunately, there's a better way. Amazon has spent billions of dollars over the last decade building the world's best sales engine. They use machine learning to sell massive piles of books, and that engine is just waiting for you to tap into it. This is the book that will teach you how.

Story
There are many books that teach you how to self-publish on Amazon. Yet few talk about how to make money as an author. There's a good reason for this. Most authors don't earn a living from their books. However, it's not impossible. In Make Money from Kindle Self-Publishing, the author not only shows you how to earn $120 a month (triple the average earnings of a US nonfiction book), she also reveals how to earn $1,000, $5,000, and even $10,000 a month. Writing books is difficult. Publishing your books is even harder.

Self-help, with a twist. The Secret to Everything has been known to mystics and scholars for centuries and millennia, and, today, is increasingly being confirmed by both philosophy and science. It is a secret not because it is hidden as such, but because it is so difficult to see, running counter to so many of our most basic assumptions. Each of the book’s ten chapters exposes a particular aspect and practical application of the secret, while also keeping it carefully under wraps.

Insightful and Helpful
If you want to have good insight and advice about writing short Kindle books this is a good book to read. I especially liked his emphasis on quality in the editing process. His advice to take your time with your book and let it simmer a while is not your normal advice. This slow cooking approach is refreshing in a microwave world.

Worth it.
Book review of tiny kindle books book The author does a good job of giving some wisdom about writing short books. I have not really considered the short book approach until seeing this book cover. So my compliments to the cover as well. The first few chapters do a good job of compelling you to consider short books in series, and later in the book he does a great job of discussing pricing which I have not heard before. The latter portion of the book talks about book writing basics, which I could’ve done without. Mainly because I have already written some, and I was interested more in the niche knowledge that the cover promises. But honestly, that section is good for new writers anyhow. He does a good job of compelling you to use an editor, and describes best practices for iterative writing, self editing, and use of editors. That chapter is a really good chapter, as I have recently finished a new book and saw improvements I could’ve personally made in my iterative editing process. This book is worth a listen as you will pick up tips throughout it. The narrator is a good narrator. He keeps an even voice, and has a pleasant tone to listen to.
