A good effort

Obviously a very hard ask to write the history of the world. A lot of effort has gone into the book, however, because of the breadth of the subject it lacks insight and depth.

Wow, long but worth it

It was a very long book but considering we are talking about life from the beginning to now it would be. I thought it was well narrated and very informative. It makes me consider that life is getting more complicated now that we are advancing in technology.

Parts were inaccurate or out dated.

Parts were inaccurate or out dated, no attempt was made to correct long held misconceptions that have been disproved by DNA science. Other parts were inaccurate due to obvious bias or lack of research. Other times and incidents appear to have been ignored, possibly to not offend parts of the community. I would not recommend this book.

bad narrator

very hard to listern to might be a great read but the lady reading it has a rubbish voice that sent streaks down my spine when she pronounces certain sounds.
