Concise and timely guide to tuning up your language. Very well written, and emphatically read by the author. Audio recording quality could be very much improved (deducted 2 stars from performance). Highly recommended, it could save hundreds of hours of learning from other sources.

Across the gamut, these gems Katz has written within can be used in boardrooms and classrooms to our close familial relationships.
