I Really Love This

This book has everything you need to use a Wood Pellet Smoker-Grill and cook a new delicious meal every day. I found this book an excellent source for recipes and guide to follow for a beginners to get the proper concept of smoke recipes and how to be a master on this cooking. This book is great for tremendous! We have tried several recipes and they are great.

Fantastic resource

Just bought a my first pellet grill and needed a reference book for tips,recipes and temp settings. I am pleased with this choice and have made and enjoyed some of the recipes it offers. I recommend this book for a one time pellet grill novice like me.

Great One

It gave me the information I needed in a way I could understand it like knowing what to do when the meat temperature stalls and stops rising. He makes suggestions about which pellets to use with different meats. I think it's well worth what I paid for, it.

Best Ever Wood Pellet Smoker Cookbook

I will be using this cookbook every time I get the urge to pop those pellets into my Traeger. I really found this book to be helpful as I am learning smoker technique and experimenting but I think an experienced user would like this cookbook as well.

I Really Love This

Great cooking instructions for my wood pellet smoker. Particularly impressed by the FTC method of finishing up a long slow smoking pork shoulder. I had never heard of this finishing method...it really works great.

Just Wow

The recipes in this cookbook are excellent and if you follow them your meat will turn out perfectly. The only flaw is they need more recipes and they need find a way to be able to add additional "smoke" to the meat.

Awesome

I just purchased a pellet smoker and the book that came with it is ok but this one has some really great recipes. It goes further than the guide that came with the smoker and is very helpful in getting started using a pellet smoker.
