It helps you fall in love with your ADHD brain!

Thank you so much for this guide. I suffer from adult ADD. Some days worse than others. I feel like a train wreck some days when trying to study, I feel tired trying to read and my mind goes in some many directions. This audiobook has empowered me, gave me hope and strong direction that already is helping to restore that solid method of study. Thank you again and again.

Fantastic Book For Anyone With ADHD

This audiobook is so impactful! If only I had this knowledge early on during my struggles with ADD. I am no longer ashamed of what appeared to be weakness.

A Truly Helpful Book

Most things will help me get the most out of studying and getting the results out my schooling. There were just a couple of things that. Won't work for me. I guess everyone is different and some things don't resonate well for everyone. But other than that your is going to really help me break the mold break my condition.

the woman's voice is terribly distracting

the woman's voice is terribly distracting, often pronouncing words incorrectly. it makes it difficult for me, with ADHD to listen to the actual book. she's just so distracting!!! I quit listening.
