Hard to Navigate follow-up... but read review

Update.
I since joined the author's Facebook page and after answering the standard 'why do you want to join' questions and mentioning I was having some issues with her site and pdfs available etc, she contacted me personally and has assisted me. I was not expecting this. I have since changed my rating. Be aware it is a little harder being an audible book, but she is hands-on.
