Publisher's Summary

Don't miss out on the excitement of the Devil's Roses, now a completed New Adult series full of angst and lust and a little horror. Paranormal romance at its best by international best seller Tara Brown.

The moment her lips utter the soft wish into the cold darkness, Ophelia is forced down a road she cannot survive. Her wishes become reality, her pains becomes others' suffering, and her nightmares take on shape. Something lingers in the dark, stalking her, hunting her from the shadows. But the gift of a snow globe changes everything. She discovers she is the last branch in a magical bloodline many have been searching for.

For Aimee and Ari, Ophelia couldn't come at a worse moment. Just as they find her, the girl they seek, Giselle is made royalty of something dark and seedy. It proves to be a task more daunting than anything they can imagine her undertaking. The haunted house at the end of the tree-lined street fills as the Roses ready to fight their last battle.

Which Witch is Wich?

This is one of the most disappointing pieces of written works that I have ever had the displeasure of hearing...it was very uninteresting and unoriginal...Beautiful Creatures,Underworld, Lord of the Rings,Supernatural,(all good works)...except for my by far least favorite Twilight saga all chopped up and mended back together to create a "STORY"...with bits and pieces of Vampire Diaries for patchwork...and what was even worse was the authors warped depiction of God,Adam ,the garden, and this folklore "Lithith" ...Lory( Lucifer) is a lesbian?..well that might be possible..it was all just so common and predictable...even teenager-ish. And why are the sex scenes always over-the-top when it comes to humans and otherworldly beings copulating?..the best part of the book was Annabelle because though she was a ghost she was the only character that had personality..maybe the next Tara Brown book that I read ,if I read another will be an original work...not chopped up works of someone elses.

Unfocused plot

I wanted to stop about a quarter of the way through but kept going to give it a chance. The writing is choppy. The characters are shallow and the romantic relationships are as shallow as the teens in the book. Three quarters of the way through the author doesn’t like how things are going and restarts the time line, to cause more drama I guess? Instead we have to suffer through the actions again with the same choices. The main girl character is not very smart and never knows what is going on. Not worth my time. Only good point is the narrator does a good job. The ending is not and ending. It also jumps from scene to scene abruptly.

Really like the series

I like the DR series, but I have to say this because it's been eating at me. WHY does every girl in these stories have to be CARRIED?! Can't they just, idk, walk themselves? Other than the minor annoyances here and there, it's an addictive series.

annoying

Sooo it took 4 books for Amy and Alex to finally have sex... and I'm pretty sure Henry took Marcus's heart and in turn he took his soul not Marcus took Henry's heart... other than the mistakes it was a good read.
