This book does a great job of analyzing attachment types in an engaging and succinct way. It present easy to digest concepts without becoming overly restrictive in it's definition of personality types.
The reader was animated without being annoying. Overall, I very much enjoyed this and it helped clarify quite a few different ways of approaching dating, and really, just understanding other people.

Step by step advice is easy to understand, practise and follow. For me, however the Attachment styles chapters were overly simplistic, even excessively positive or bouncy. It gave me the impression the reader would be best a teenager. I was expecting something with more depth, and was glad it was well read and structured.

The book was recommended to me and the content was great, lots of useful tips on finding a mate and then maintaining the relationship. The narrator's voice is really nasal which made it a struggle to listen to.
