Very Through

This book is a great reference resource. I plan to listen to the chapters as I need them over again. My meal plan and exercise were set up by professionals at the beginning of my journey. I’ve maintained some version of their plans for the past year. This book really helped me to understand what I was doing and why I was doing it. It also gave me new meal plan and exercise strategies to keep things interesting. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone at any level of fitness.
