Heartwarming story!

Tempest (Tempe) moved to Pleasant Hill to start a music therapy business where she meets Nash Morgan, a famous sculptor and single father to a 3-year-old little boy, Flip (Phillip). When she decides to rent a room from Nash, little did he know, his and his son’s lives would change for the better.

It is instant attraction between Tempe and Nash but tragic events from Nash’s past leaves him closed off and living a simple life with his son on a farm raising chickens and goats; he also stopped sculpting. As Tempe slowly begins to bring joy back into his life, she is determined to help him deal with his past, socialize more, for him and Flip, and get him back to sculpting.

A wonderful, heartwarming story! Loved it!

Swoony Single Dad

Whisper of Love is new favorite Melissa Foster story. I loved the sweet romance that was fairly light on angst.
Nash Morgan is a single dad with a room to rent... Tempest Braden is looking for a change from her small hometown. The chemistry is immediate and incendiary between Nash and Tempest but Nash isn’t sure he is ready to open up and let anyone in to the world he has created for himself and Phillip.
I listened to the audiobook of this and really enjoyed the wonderful narration.

I love this Single Dad Story!

This is the fifth book in The Bradens at Peaceful Harbor Series. This is a great addition to this amazing Series. Whisper of Love is a great single dad story. Nash and Tempest's story is beautiful. They are great together, and they share a strong chemistry. Philip, Nash's son, is so cute! B.J. Harrison did a great job with the narration. Looking forward to listen to the next book in the Series, Thrill of Love.

Can music mend a broken heart?

It is said that "music tames the savage beast" but can it also heal a closed and broken heart?

Tempest Braden describes herself as ".... careful. Careful in life, careful with her emotions, and careful with herself. Too careful. At closer to thirty than twenty, she was feeling hemmed in by her small hometown and, she had to admit, by her own careful nature." Tempe is ready for a change so she branches out from her music therapy program at the hospital into trying to start children's music groups in Pleasant Hill. She takes an even bigger step by renting a room from Nash, a single father who is raising his son Phillip on a small farm.

Nash is a quiet man with a broken heart from the loss of his brother and the family he once knew. He is an accomplished artist but has set aside his metal and wood sculpting in order to focus on his raising his son. Nash is a man of few words and he feels that he and Phillip get along just fine on their own.

Tempe breezes into their lives and brings with her a breath of fresh air. Her love for children spills out over Phillip and over time, her music begins to soften Nash's hardened heart. I loved watching their relationship grow and seeing Nash give up his guarded and brooding nature. Phillip (or Flip as he calls himself) is adorable and he definitely steals the show at the end of the book.

I have read the print version of this book as well as listened to the audio and I can say I enjoyed both. BJ Harrison does a great job in the narration and his voice is very easy to listen to. This addition to the Braden series by Melissa Foster is a great read and a very touching story of healing and of forgiveness.

Swoon!

As usual, I loved another one of Melissa Foster’s books! Nash and Tempest are amazing together...and let’s not forget little “Flip” Phillip! My heart swoons with how adorable that little boy is. A book with a baby/child in it is always a plus for me! Narrator did an amazing job as well, would definitely recommend!

Great Story

Whisper of Love is such a relatable story. I absolutely love storiesI can relate to. I love listening to audiobooks because they are way easier especially when you are busy. B.J. Harrison is the narrator and he does a great job like always twlling the story.Nash Morgan is a single father to Phillip (Flip). Nash is very devoted to being a single father and giving Phillip everything he could ever need. His mother left when he was a baby leaving Nash to raise him alone. Tempest Braden is a music therapist who enjoys playing her music and singing to sick children and adults. Tempest is very careful in life. When Tempest and Nash meet, he realizes what he has been missing in his life. Tempest and Nash are so perfect for each other. Melissa Foster has once again given us an amazing story.

Nash and Tempe with my favorite little guy Phillip

AUDIOBOOK NOTE...BJ Harrison is the best narrator. I have listened to other narrators and he is my favorite. He uses his voice to pull the listener in, bring the story to life, and makes the characters become real. The story Melissa Foster wrote is wonderful and I loved it when I first read the printed book but it is even better listening to the words.

The winner of this book is the boy, Phillip. He had an amazing dad in Nash. Nash changed his entire world to make Phillip his entire world. Phillip also had Tempest. Tempest knew that little boys needed more than just an amazing daddy. She pushed both Phillip and Nash to step out of their wonderful little world and experience the rest of the world. Having both these strong people who loved him so much in his life made Phillip a well rounded, perfect little boy.

Whisper of Love is emotional, one of the most emotional books that Melissa Foster has written in this series. I was hooked from the beginning and never stopped reading. The relationship between Nash and Tempe was slow, sometimes excruciating slow, but it was right for them. They had more to consider then just themselves and I respected how they handled having Phillip around.

In true Love in Bloom fashion there is so much romance. The way that Nash shows his care to Tempe is absolutely wonderful. From the very first note left in the bathroom to the sitting by the fire playing the guitar he was the perfect gentleman. Now, don’t let me lead you to think that there isn’t the steamy, hot loving between Tempe and Nash…there most definitely is. It is melt your panties hot!

Melissa Foster once again wrote a book that I finished in one night and can’t wait to recommend to my fellow steamy romance readers.

Didn’t want it to end!

This book you won't be able to put down once you start listening. The characters are so well developed that you feel like you are in the story with them. Each time I read or listen to one of Melissa's stories I think it can't get better than the last, but each time I'm proven wrong. Nash and Tempest are two of the most realistic, sexy characters and I was sorry to see the story end. BJ does an excellent job narrating the book too!

Something in the way she moves.

Wow, Melissa does it again, another great read. The sparks fly as soon as they meet. Add to that Nash's son Phillip and its a match made in heaven. The signs are all there from the start. This is two stories intertwined with each other. One looking for something special, and another trying to hide from the past. With the help of Tempest both Nash and Phillip start to live, and Nash comes to grips with the past, and Tempest finds what her brothers and sister has. The ending had me in tears so there is a good sign of a very good read. Well done Melissa
