Very helpful

I have listened twice now at my darkest moments. This is a great encouragement for depressed Christians. I will continue to follow its advice and try reading further.

Good. Not great

Apparently this is a section of a bigger book. I consider myself well educated, but some of the content in this requires re-listening as sometimes there's a lot to take in and digest as far historical quotes go. The authors use of biblical scriptures really on point but I can't say that on it's own this book changed me in any way. Nonetheless, it was the hour or so to listen to as there are some really good tidbits of information in here.
