Highly recommend this audio book

At first I was skeptical of using hypnosis for diet and weight loss. But to my surprise, I felt a calmness afterwards and experienced a lack of desire for food as a way to comfort my anxieties. I am very curious if this feeling will continue and if the weight will stay off. I feel like this book is leading me in the right direction. Thank you.

The narrator's voice is very pleasant and the information in this book is useful. Lots of positive thoughts to help you change your mindset about eating healthy and staying on track with your weight loss goals. Wish it was a little longer in length, but otherwise it's a good listen.

Very informative audiobook on the subject.

This is so great book and I so love on how it was listen . Too simple however it gives us a great understanding. This book causes me to profoundly make a few information investigation effectively. This is absolutely the best one.
