This is probably the best social skills audiobook I've ever read, and recently I've been reading a lot. I learned some things I wasn't expecting to learn, and I can't say enough about the compassionate way in which the material is presented. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Well it is the best

Well it is the best! The best thing about it was the helpful instructions on how to use the Instant Pot, which were simple and useful when I started flipping through recipes. really disappointed

I was really disappointed with the content of this book. I was hoping for something new but to be honest, unless you have never read an article about the basics of diet, this book will offer nothing more.

Amazing audiobook..

It is amazing! I got this audiobook because I am doing paleo and needed some low carb dishes for my meals. I did not plan to follow the keto way because I don't think all that fat is good for me, but I love the carbohydrate dishes this audiobook shows me. It has wonderful pictures and I can make a vegetable just like the picture my meals are getting better, and I have lost 15 pounds. I passed on the KETO policy and just used the low carbs part of the audiobook . I love it. Cool!

Amazing audiobook..

I like it! It is amazing! Love the story, love the message of health and the recipes are amazingly simple. I've been interested in Keto for about 5 years, way before it became popular but only recently discovered Author on YouTube. I have several cookbooks that I like but authors audiobook is beautiful (great foodie photos), easy to follow and not too complex

Awesome audiobook!

Awesome! Sometimes when you get a cookbook you don't like some of the recipes, but when you have these recipes, there are so many that you will like. I enjoyed this very much and will continue to use it!!! It's like someone is looking to learn how to cook risotto in the instant pot, and someone - a dessert or cottage cheese. In the instant pot, there are many cooking modes, so you can easily prepare soups, mushrooms, fish, oatmeal and all dishes will turn out just perfect Great to lose weight! Nice!

A cool audiobook!

The audiobook is simply beautiful and feels like a treat in and of itself. I have now purchased four different Keto cookbooks and this is the one I come back to the most often. The recipes are easy, yet an improvement over my basic Keto go-to meals. I find that many of the other audiobook I’ve purchased have recipes that require more unique ingredients that I don’t have on hand and can’t always find at our regular grocery store.

Wow! I like it!

Wow! I like it! The introduction includes a Tips and Tricks, which are life-saving when a beginner! I had no idea the Instant Pot makes yogurt, and the saute function is fantastic! I hardly use any other cooking utensils (pots/pans). The Instant Pot is an appliance that’s a combination of the pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, and yogurt maker – all in one handy kitchen device. Using the Instant Pot saves you a lot of time.

At times when you get a cookbook you don't care for a portion of the plans, however, when you have these plans, there are numerous to such an extent that you will like. Extraordinary audiobook..

The audiobook is basically excellent and feels like a treat all by itself. I have now bought four distinctive Keto cookbooks and this is the one I return to them regularly. The plans are simple, yet an improvement over my essential Keto go-to suppers. I locate that a significant number of different audiobooks I've bought have plans that require increasingly exceptional fixings that I don't have close by and can't generally discover at our ordinary market.
