Awful narration and music

I just couldn’t do it. Terrible. This could be the holy grail of weight loss and I could not sit through even 2mins of it. Yikes

Too loud

After 40 minutes of listening to this meditation, I was so sick of listening to the annoying background music, that I determined to return the title. Too loud, too distracting with these clacking reeds. The guided meditation leaves lawn gaps between sentences focus on your breath. Two minutes later, the voice gives instruction about what that could look like. I didn’t find his voice or instruction soothing.

Impressed by this audio

Well that's definitely one way to get your mindset right about weight loss! I didn't realize how many negative thoughts I had around healthy eating and good habits. It just seemed more like a chore than a lifestyle before listening to Rewire the Brain Hypnosis. I see I have some rewiring to do!!!

A great audiobook

I find this to be a great audiobook for thinking about weight loss and health in a long term, healthy way. Rewire the Brain Hypnosis has really thought this one through. It's basically got everything you need for the weight loss mentality that will help get you where you need to be faster.

Horrible music and narration

Loud music is awful! Narrator over pronunciation is super annoying. I returned it. Super disappointed

Why is a man narrating a hypnosis book for women?

I couldn’t even get through five minutes.
His voice
The music the poor audio quality
It’s embarrassingly bad. I’m so bummed I spent money on this.
Why any woman would want to listen to this man talk about how good she will feel when she loses weight is is baffling. Tone deaf and a waste of my time.

Very Good

Very good production from Rewire the Brain Hypnosis. Wonderful way to get yourself to stay on track with your diet and finally see results. The mind is the whole obstacle, everything else is easier.

I don't know who wrote the positive reviews!

Where to start?? Maybe at the fact that the narrator sounds like Data from Star Trek's evil brother, but more annoying, Or that the sitar that endless plays the same four chords in the background is far too loud to be relaxing or hypnotic. Or the fact that 11 of the 17 'chapters' are around 28 seconds long and are just him reading the same publishing information again and again.

The chapters titles are confused and don't seem to relate to the product title or previous chapters. e.g Play Chapter 4 you get - "Chapter 1 Guided mediation to lose weight", fair enough. But then if you solider on to chapter 12 = " Chapter 1 Guided mediation and self hypnosis to lose weight' - Why chapter 1? The previous publishing bumf he just read (over 3 'chapters') does not indicate we have changed books (just an inexplicable repeat of the same bumf from earlier) and the past 3 hours have included so called self hypnosis!

It reminds me of when someone has tried to repurpose an old Word document by pasting new info in without checking it properly, and so they have missed old bits, put new bits in the wrong place, duplicated and contradicted themselves etc etc, and basically just messed it up. This book is 'copy pasta' nightmare in audible format!!

And as for calling it self hypnosis. it doesn't even qualify as positive affirmations! Hint: positive affirmations should not be 3 complex sentences long, with grammar so poor that it is not clear whether it refers to yesterday, today or tomorrow!

Do NOT waste you credits.

Terrible

Read by a robot. Not a guided hypnosis at all. The background music is too loud and not at all relaxing. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY
And it’s ineligible for return! So disappointed
