Hypnosis works well

From the very beginning day I noticed a change in my sleep pattern. I think it's working on my eating habits, I've been using it about a week and I've noticed some changes the most extreme change has been in sleep, very relaxing, very soothing, lulls me into a deep sleep.

Full of great affirmations

I love the narrators voice. It's nice to listen too. For the most part I agree with what he said. Only one thing stood out I didn't really agree with and it was the "I deserve" which would mean on the flip side that I didn't deserve. Idk lol I'm a very heady person which is why I'm need of meditation.

Wonderful techniques of weight loss

I've just listened the book, and everything made sense, and even reading the written words had a calming effect on me. I'm going to try to remember to repeat some of the mantras throughout the day, and see if that works for my "boredom eating" at work.

Nice audio book.

This audio book is a great guide that teaches you how to control your dreams. I love been practicing lucid dreaming for years without my knowledge of what it was.

The book is amazing

The book is amazing to lose weight rapidly. there have all rules to lose weight such as meditation, mini habits and so on. I liked this book and enjoy the rules to keep healthy.

Amazing audible

Appreciable audible

Only been at this awhile but has already improved my sleep quality, and I'm feeling more positive throughout the day. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss.

Well researched!

This audiobook was sent to me by a coworker who lost 15 pounds and has been keeping it off. I said, okay okay, do you have a personal trainer or something?? Bcz I know we don't get paid that much. She sent me this audiobook and I've been listening to it, and I've started to see some changes in my mental habits. The way I think about food. My desire to exercise. I'm impressed

Wondrous stuff!

Using visualization to achieve your desired weight, ugh... I'm not sure how much progress I'd make with just this method alone, but when paired with exercise and diet I can see how it might work to lower my stress level. The narrator did a great job providing a soothing sound for this visual meditation.

Got improvement!

Loving stuff

It's good for actually liking the process of eating health. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation. And it'll definitely guilt you off the coach into exercising. It's a winner in my book!

Outstanding book!

Motivated me!

I love this. I've never done any sort of hypnotherapy but I think I've fallen in love. I now listen to this everyday. when I listen it feels like I am rewarding myself by relaxing and fully releasing my thoughts. Well researched!

It is so relaxing and I have noticed that now I’m more aware of what I eat, I can control mu cravings and wish to eat more healthy. Before I wanted to loose in one week what I got in months. Now I don’t feel so restricted by I’ve been loosing weight because I’m eating smaller portions and less sugary things. Highly recommended.
