Wow

This doesn’t even seem like a book but a cheap reading of a pamphlet in your doctors office. The narrator sounds like she’s reading this for the very first time and was very poorly executed. The “running” on the cover caught me because I’ve been researching running nutrition. This is not for runners. The information is so basic don’t waist your time or money!
